Why We Exist

Most companies don’t have a talent problem. They have a systems problem, an integration problem, or a process problem.

Across every industry we’ve worked — logistics, manufacturing, last-mile delivery, healthcare practices, supply chain — the pattern is the same. The team is stretched. The stack is fragmented. Reports describe activity, not opportunity. And nobody on the inside has the time, breadth, or operating context to map where the growth actually lives inside the data already being collected every day.

How We Work

Three engagement modes. One thesis. Built around the customer, not the consultant.

Diagnose & Advise. Map the workflow end-to-end, find every failure point, put a dollar figure on each. Recommend off-the-shelf products where they fit. Build the standard-work playbook. Two-to-four week engagement, fixed-fee.

Integrate & Instrument. Wire dashboards, analytics, and automation on top of your existing ERP, WMS, MES, or CRM. Build the middleware and reporting the vendor doesn’t ship. Consolidate overlapping subscriptions where possible.

Custom Build. When nothing off-the-shelf fits, we build the operating platform from scratch — backend, admin, mobile, integrations, compliance posture if needed. Alto, our multi-tenant patient platform, is one example. The same shop builds for warehousing, manufacturing, and service operations.

The pricing is designed so ongoing fees are less than the overlapping subscriptions you’ve already sized into the budget. We’re not commissioned by any vendor. We can recommend you cancel things.

When we build something bespoke for you, you share in what it becomes.

Most consulting firms walk away after the engagement. Most software vendors lock you in. We do neither. When we build a custom platform with you that becomes the starting point for a productized version — the way our work with Smiles On Main is becoming the dental vertical of Alto — you participate in the upside as that product scales to other practices in your industry.

It’s a fair trade. We’re using your industry context to build for scalability. You get equity in what comes from it. The same model applies whether the bespoke build serves a dental practice, a physical therapy clinic, a multi-site landscaper, or a regional warehouse operator.

Customer becomes co-creator. Direct-to-founder access throughout. Capability transfer is part of the deliverable — you should be able to read your own data for growth signals by the time we’re done.

    We start where your data lives. Not in a deck, not in a framework — in OpenDental, Dentrix, your PMS, your QBO, your shipping logs. The signal is already there.

    We follow the dollar. Every finding ties to an uncaptured opportunity, a stalled treatment plan, or an unrecovered claim. If we can’t put a number on it, we don’t report it.

    We build what the data earns — and only then. Off-the-shelf first. Integration second. Bespoke build only when the math makes it the right call.
