JCMD Solutions LLC builds Alto Dental, an analytics platform for independent dental practices, and provides business websites and ongoing care, business process optimization, and custom systems. We are based in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Our website address is https://jcmdsolutions.com.
What data we collect
On this marketing website, we collect:
- Contact form submissions. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we collect the inquiry type you choose, your name, email address, company name (optional), the Alto plan you’re interested in (if any), and your message.

Alto Dental product data
Alto Dental connects to Open Dental to provide practice analytics. Practice data is processed to create dashboards and reports and to answer questions about aggregated practice metrics. Ask Alto gives answers grounded in your practice’s metrics, with the source shown.
Alto is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Browser connections to Alto use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit.

How we use website data
